Certain items are not eligible for return, such as clearance items or items that have been worn or damaged, etc. Please visit our FAQs section for more details.</p><h3 id="preparing-your-package-for-return">Preparing your package for return</h3><ol><li>Download and print the return label.</li><li>Pack all the returned items, along with the packing slip placed inside your original package, and attach the label on a box. You may use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.</li><li>Please take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.</li><li>You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items and when a refund is issued.</li></ol><p><strong>Important:</strong> If you need to return multiple orders, please don&apos;t consolidate returns. Return orders individually, using a separate return label for each order. For an exchange, please follow this same process. If all exchange requirements are met, we will send the requested exchange via USPS at no additional charge to the customer.</p><h3 id="undeliverable-and-refused-packages">Undeliverable and Refused Packages</h3><p>If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, we will pass along any penalties, charges, or fees from carrier that may include, but is not limited to, extra shipping charges.</p><p>We will; however, reach out for a correct address within 14 days of receiving the refused package.</p><h3 id="am-i-responsible-for-international-fees">Am I responsible for international fees?</h3><p>Currently, international customers are subject to and responsible for international taxes, duties and fees not calculated at checkout. This includes any international taxes, duties and fees associated with returned merchandise.</p><p>International customers are not eligible for prepaid return labels.</p>
